Technical - Consulting - Construction Company, Markopoulo, Attica The Electronic Property Identity (E.T.I.) is an electronic file created and stored in the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) system, containing all details of the building or property. Our team is responsible for gathering all necessary documents from the relevant urban planning services and, consequently, for issuing the electronic identity. Upon completion of the process, the owner is provided with the Building or Split Property Completion Certificate and the engineer’s certificate. The issuance of the E.T.I. is required for the notarial act concerning the specific property and is a necessary prerequisite for participating in the "EXOIKONOMO" program.
