LOGISTIC CENTER EUROHUB

The Eurohub Logistics Center is one of the most modern Z2-class buildings in Southeast Europe, designed with a primary focus on people and sustainable development. It is located in the Keratea Business Park of the Municipality of Lavreotiki, covering an area of 16,904 square meters, while its total built-up area amounts to 14,185 square meters. The design and permit issuance process took sixteen months, and the project was completed in just eleven months.

It is a construction with a metal frame structure on a reinforced concrete foundation. The main part of the building is the ground floor, which houses the loading, unloading, depositing, and storage areas for the products. Its design is based on VNA technology and has been implemented in such a way that the above processes are carried out automatically, ensuring complete safety for the employees while saving space, time, and energy.

Additionally, the ground floor includes a reception area for visitors and company staff, with appropriately designed spaces such as driver waiting rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, etc., providing all possible amenities during their time within the building.

Similarly, the first floor features an additional storage area and an outdoor semi-open break area for the staff. On the second and final floor, there are offices for employees and administrative personnel, as well as the necessary support areas.

Finally, the facility was designed to include energy consumption automation, while maintaining a zero environmental footprint.
